Banner Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced Ellucian Banner consultant to support our higher-education clients. You’ll work directly with college and university teams on configuration, integrations, upgrades, and day-to-day support, and help them get more out of the system they already rely on.

What you’ll do

• Configure, support, and troubleshoot Banner modules for client institutions
• Work directly with registrar, finance, HR, and IT stakeholders
• Support upgrades, testing cycles, and process improvements
• Document changes and share knowledge with client teams

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on Banner experience in a higher-education environment
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfort working independently with client teams
